Relinquish a Dog
Occasionally, a senior pet must be given up for various reasons. If you wish to apply to relinquish your pet, please complete the form below.
Before the Bridge Senior K9 Rescue charges a $150 relinquishment fee for pets accepted into our care. This fee is not due when you submit your application and is only payable once arrangements have been confirmed for your dog to enter the rescue. Payment can be made by e-transfer or cash.
