Meet Millie! 🐾

Millie is a five-year-old sweet girl with so much love to give! ❤️ She can be a little fearful around new people and in unfamiliar surroundings, but once she knows you're safe, her loving personality shines through. Give her a little patience and understanding, and you'll discover a wonderful companion.

This girl has energy to spare! 💨 Millie is great on walks with her Halti and would love someone to fast-walk or jog with. She's surprisingly speedy for a little dog! She also has an excellent nose and loves sniffing her way around the neighbourhood, so a mix of exercise and leisurely sniffari adventures would be right up her alley. Just keep in mind that she has a prey drive and likes to chase smaller animals.

Millie has her morning routine figured out, too! She sleeps in her own bed outside her foster's bedroom and waits patiently for breakfast at 6 a.m. Once she's eaten, she's happy to snuggle back into her foster's bed until it's officially time to get up. 🥰

Millie is working on her crate training and learning to use her inside voice. She can get into the garbage, so keeping it behind a closed door is a must. And when she gets excited? Watch out! This little girl can jump surprisingly high and might just pop up to look you right in the eye!

One thing to know about Millie is that she prefers to do her business while out on walks rather than in a small yard, so regular walks will be an important part of her daily routine.
