At 11.5 years old, Fuschia has lost the life she's always known. This beautiful senior girl deserves a chance to spend her golden years feeling safe, secure, and loved. 🐾

Fuschia came into rescue with a severe UTI, which has thankfully been resolved with antibiotics. She is scheduled to be spayed, receive dental work, have a skin tag removed from her eyelid, and get caught up on her vaccines.

Now, we're looking for something just as important as her medical care: a safe place for Fuschia to land. ❤️

Fuschia needs dog-savvy people who are confident and comfortable with larger dogs. She's been through a lot of change, and she needs a gentle, patient, and reassuring environment where she can settle in at her own pace and learn that she's safe.

🐱 She has lived with cats and a small elderly dog, generally ignoring them.

🏡 She is not suited to a home with small children or lots of stairs.

Fuschia is 11.5 years old. She shouldn't have to spend this stage of her life wondering what comes next. She deserves soft places to rest, kind hands to comfort her, and people who will give her the time she needs to feel at home again.
